Dat Nindindu

I had written this in Cython. The pyntendo module created by James K. Murphy. You can follow that portion of the project here https://github.com/jameskmurphy/nes . I had attempted to handle the buffer drawing using the dock widget with the Qt library. It's still a work in progress but I'm trying to find workarounds instead of tampering directly with the source code. I'm very iffy about that. Linux only since Microsoft and Apple are a bunch of  "woke" fascists! Tested on Ubuntu 22, and debian jesse.
